Lyons Will is an 18 acre boutique winery, located in the Macedon Ranges, growing, producing, and bottling every aspect of our land and environment in each bottle. A project of love driven by wine makers and vignerons Ollie Rapson & Renata Morello. Committed to sustainability, minimal modifications, natural outcomes. The Lyons Will cellar door encompasses intimate views of their estate along with a stunning vista of the ranges as a breath-taking backdrop.
